Rugsnetwork.com offers Free Shipping to locations in Canada, All orders OVER $300.00 purchased through Rugsnetwork.com are delivered for FREE within Canada.
Delivery charges will apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the USA. For Canadian orders delivered to Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest territories.
All our orders are shipped using FedEx ground service for continental USA & Canada. We ship FedEx expedited or DHL for all other destinations.
Canadian residents living within the province of Quebec are required to pay GST and PST. Canadian residents living within the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, New Foundland/Labrador and New Brunswick are required to pay HST. All other Canadian residents are required to pay GST.
International orders are subject to shipping charges, customs duties or VAT. and any other charges imposed on the shipment.
A physical street address is required. we are unable to ship rugs to APO or PO Box addresses.
Orders shipping usually take 4-6 business days for the East Coast, 6-8 business days for the Mid-West, and 10-12 business days for the West Coast. International expedited shipping is 8-10 business day delivery. Orders typically take 2-4 business day to be prepared before they are shipped. Please use this map as a general guide only. Should you decide to return your Carpet, you will require a return authorization number, please contact us to obtain the authorization.

You have 30 day money back guarantee. You can return your carpet within 30 days and get your money back. The carpet has to be in an unaltered condition and should not be used.
We guarantee that all our carpets are authentically described and with the colours presented to be over 90% accuracy. for carpets of high value. an autheticity certificate will be send to you with your delivery.
The warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date you receive your carpet, for any damage not generated by wear and tear and caused due to a manufacturing defect.
It is the customers responsibility to ship the damaged carpet back for repairs, and pay return shipping charges.
A visible damage should be reported immediatly to the carrier. this type of damge is covered by the transport company, and a claim should be filed with them.
Error on delivery
Check your carpet upon receipt, If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you received the wrong order, please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the carpet have been received, reports received after 2 days will not be taken into consideration.
Carpets in the CLEARANCE classification might show minor use, or some minor inperfection, persian carpets are known to endure many generations of use, some antique persian rugs have been auctioned for a very large amount of money, and have more use and the pile is practically worn off, we discribe any condition of damage or blemish for you, as well, we zoom the pictures on the damaged sections, to show you any imperfection, to the best of our ability, we feel they are a great value, and provide the same durability and warmth as any other Persian rug.
All rugss in the Clearance section, are not subject to return and the clearance section sales are final.
Carpets that are not received by the customer and returned to us
Should the Customer reject receiving his ordered Carpet, and the carpet is returned to us by the shipping company, the customer shall pay total shipping and handling cost.
